Was reading this really short article on facebook , and it got me thinking.

It's true when your relationship progresses , you tend to be less romantic , less impulsive and not as mushy as you once were. You start realizing that there are fewer romantic gestures or not as extravagant as before, but its not that he/she has had a change of heart. It's just that they've taken a new form :) A form that helps you through your day in a very practical setting. Eg: making you breakfast in the morning , cutting your toe nails , making you tea when your sick , folding your laundry etc. And it means so much more ( not everyone is willing to put up with your shit on an everyday basis). Well , it would be nice to occasionally be surprised by my other half , but if it's done too often , it losses it's meaning too :) 

I guess, as time goes by, you also tend to take each other for granted. I've learned from that mistake even before I got into this relationship , and I'll not repeat it again. I make a point  to tell Tim, I love him each day. It's like that saying - love like its your last (I think thats what it said. haha).

Tim still gives me butterflies in my tummy . I didn't know it'll last this long. LOL. But I'm enjoying it while I can. Ultimately , this relationship is based on lots and lots of prayer. Only He knows whats best for us :)
