Die fats!

Tim and I have decided to eat healthy this year and exercise more. We've been limiting eating out to twice a week ONLY . We started last year and I think we've been good so far .Also, we've recently started exercising together. Been trying to increase my core strength , which is sucha pain in the arse. Tim is much better at working out, maybe cause he's done Tae Kwon Do and Kune Do. Oh well , i'll get there soon. My motivation for us doing this is a picture in my head - Tim and I eating at a fancy restaurant, and the chairs giving way because we're so FAT! no no no. I must not let this happen ! Although I know both our weaknesses is food , blame the Malaysian heritage. But it has to be done :(
