I found this tv series and I love it ! It's actually a cooking series by Annabel Langbein . I loooove her recipes. Been dying to try make a few recipes but first I need to get myself a good oven and some good cookware. It's hard to cook on such a small stove , and an oven that only does grilling and nothing else.
Man.... Soon I shall get myself a new place with a really good kitchen .
Funny , think I've found a "passion" in cooking. I find cooking very therapeutic and satisfying :) It's the best feeling in the world when you see the people you love enjoy your cooking and asking for seconds.
My next to-do-cook list BEFORE anything else is Hakka Pork Belly with yam :) Tim has never tried it , and I really really want to make it for him. It'll earn me some brownie points hehe.
One day . It'll be me , my apron , and my kitchen .
